All items from Pixie’s Pebble Art are hand crafted, and as such, natural imperfections may occur, adding to the unique character of each piece. Please note that all sales are final. We offer exchanges only for items that are broken upon arrival due to shipping damage.

Pixie’s Pebble Art takes great care in packaging products to ensure safe shipping. However, in the event of damage during transit, we reserve the right to file shipping claims with the carrier for any broken or replaced items.

If you receive a damaged item, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing us at pixiespebbleart@gmail.com. This will allow us to address the issue promptly.
